Bee's Knees Cocktail made with San Diego County Gin

The Bees Knees

3 oz San Diego County Gin
1 oz Honey
1.5 oz Lemon Juice

Simply shake all three ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into coupe glasses. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Liberty Mule Cocktail made with San Diego County Spiced Rum

LIBERTY MULE

3 oz San Diego County Spiced Rum
9 oz Ginger Beer
4 Lime Wedges

Combine spiced rum and ginger beer in copper mugs and add lots of ice. Squeeze in lime and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Blackberry Rickey Cocktail made with San Diego County Gin

BLACKBERRY RICKEY

3 oz San Diego County Gin
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Lime Juice
1 Table Spoon Blackberry Puree
6-8 oz Soda Water

Combine everything except the soda water in a shaker with ice and shake until blended. Pour over ice and top each drink with 3-4 oz of soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge, sprig of mint, and fresh blackberries.

Blackberry Daiquiri Cocktail made with San Diego County White Rum

BLACKBERRY DAIQUIRI

2 oz Navy Strength White Rum
1 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Lime Juice
6 Black Berries
2 oz Soda Water

Shake vigorously with ice to blend in blackberries. Pour over ice and top each drink with 1 oz of soda water. Garnish with a lime wedge and a skewer of blackberries.

Gin Mojito Cocktail made with San Diego County Gin

GIN MOJITO

3 oz San Diego County Gin
3 Table Spoons Brown Sugar
4 Lime Wedges
40 Mint Leaves
4 oz Soda Water

Add mint, lime, and gin to shaker and muddle thoroughly. Add brown sugar and shake until dissolved. Pour over ice, top each drink with 2 oz of club soda, and stir. Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint.

3 oz San Diego County Gin
3 Table Spoons Honey
3 Table Spoons Lemon Juice
2 Table Spoons Greek Yogurt

Shake everything with ice and strain into coupe glasses. Top with freshly ground pepper and garnish with lemon wedges and a sprig of rosemary.

Gin Margarita Cocktail made with San Diego County Gin

GIN MARGARITA

3 oz San Diego County Gin
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Lime Juice
2 teaspoons orange liquor

Salt rim if desired. Shake ingredients with ice and pour over fresh ice. Garnish with Lime.

Pineapple Ginger Rum Punch made with San Diego County Spiced Rum

GINGER PINEAPPLE PUNCH

3 oz San Diego County Spiced Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
3 Table Spoons Brown Sugar
2 Thimble Sized Pieces of Ginger
2 Lime Wedges
4 oz Soda Water

Slice up Ginger and muddle thoroughly with spiced rum. Shake with brown sugar until dissolved. Stir in with juice, soda water, and ice. Squeeze in lime wedge and garnish with pineapple cubes and slice of ginger.

Pineapple Basil Mojito Cocktail made with San Diego County White Rum

PINEAPPLE BASIL MOJITO

3 oz San Diego County White Rum
3 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz lemon Juice
3 oz Soda Water
10 Basil Leaves

Muddle basil leaves with rum then combine with simple syrup, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Shake with ice and pour over fresh ice and soda water. Garnish with pineapple and lemon slice and a sprig of basil.

San Diego Gin and Tonic made with San Diego County Gin

SAN DIEGO GIN AND TONIC

2.5 oz San Diego County Gin
1 oz pineapple juice
Fresh Juice from 1/2 of a Grapefruit
6 oz of tonic

Combine ingredients with ice and stir. Garnish with grapefruit peel. Extra shit to see if this fixes the damn problem/.

Samurai Martini Cocktail made with San Diego County White Rum

SAMURAI MARTINI

2 oz Navy Strength White Rum
Thumb size piece of Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon of fresh Wasabi
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz simple syrup

Muddle ginger, wasabi and rum in shaker. Combine ingredients with ice and shake vigorously to break up ice into tiny shards. Strain into martini glass and top with a splash of soda water.
